Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items
 • Clearance or final sale products
 • Hygiene-related items (such as mouthguards, groin protectors)
 • Custom or personalized gear

Process

To request a return, please email us at foxboxingfightshop@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. Once your return is approved, you will receive confirmation and return instructions.

Shipping for returns

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
